Permanent Jewelry Pricing
repairs & replacements
Repairs are free within the first year of purchase. After the first year, a $15 repair fee will apply.
For Permanent Jewelry not originally done by us, a $15 foreign repair fee will apply.
If your jewelry breaks and is lost within the first 30 days, we will replace it at no charge. After 30 days, replacement due to loss is not covered and would require purchasing a new piece.
If you need your jewelry resized to make it larger, a $10 extension fee will apply.
